After work training. 2nd half of this training from last year. Plan was to improve my up- and downhill running technic. Did not work very well because of some green areas not on the map (map is from 1995) and my bad shape. Twisted my ankle (not bad) on the way so I decided to stop training to avoid serious injuries.
