24h-OL, SD4, 4,9km + 120hm
Cold was still as bad as the days before, so physically I had nothing to give. Most of the course was walking with little bouts of jogging downhilll or some parts of the flat paths...
Orienteering was quite clean, no wonder with that lack of speed.
Details:
2) A bit insecure before the circle and came a bit too far down, but was able to correct myself in the circle. 1 min?
9) MIght have gone straighter?
12) Came a bit further south than planned. 30s?
