Hessische Meisterschaften Sprint + DPT, 1. Lauf; 2,4km + 40hm
Still freezing cold, but no snow anymore. First sprint was mainly parkland, first half with some a bit tricky, short controls, second half with more emphasis on running. Orienteering was good, flow and control there, only minor mistake. Running was OK, but missed the motivation to push really really hard in the first half - that got a bit better after I catched Elvira and tried not to let her run away to far again...

4) Good routechoice, but a bit too far left. 10s?
5) Got pulled out of direction by another control. 15s
8) A bit too far down.14s?
9-11) o-wise perfect, but runningwise too lazy.
