DPT Doppelsprint Karlsruhe, run 2; 2.3km straigth line

Wanted to defend my second place so decided to try to run as hard as possible. Unfortunately I was standing at the start after the warm up feeling like I'd need a toilet quite soon - but too late to do anything about it. Managed it around half the course, then had to stop in the middle of a leg for a while due to stomach complaining. After that it was OK again. Damned.
Otherwise running was easier than expected.
Orienteering: well, not as clean as in the first run, but apart from the mistakes a good flow and fast/in control.
Details:
4) For once I blame the mapper for my mistake. Wanted to take the routechoice around left (maybe slower than the other one, but I'm not convinced) and stood in front of a 1,70m high wall that was mapped as crossable, but turned out to be on-crossable by me :( Had to go back and the other way round, 1 min. lost there.
7) Standing there for 15-20s unable to continue due to the complaining stomach, then when continuing looked at the wrong fence first. 25s lost here.
12) Took the wrong path at a crossing (but can't even remember seeing the crossing),then was completely confused when I came to the next path crossing and nothing fit. Continued after a while of standing around and figuring nothing out, then realized after 20/309m where I am and saw the control. 40s gone there.
Rest was clean and fast, because I saw Steffi (started 2 min. behind me) at the 12th control and just wanted to get away again - was nearly 1 min. faster then her on the last part and had 2 times the fastest split there ;)
